Not at all. VuriumBook is designed to be intuitive and easy to set up. Many businesses can get the basics live quickly, then finish the rest step by step. No coding or technical knowledge required.

Yes. VuriumBook has an iOS app and a responsive web application for phone, tablet, and desktop.

Billing & Pricing

Web pricing is Individual at $29/month, Salon at $79/month, and Custom at $99/month. App Store pricing is localized and may differ. New web workspaces receive one 30-day trial; iOS introductory offers depend on Apple eligibility.

Yes, on the Custom plan. Individual and Salon plans cover a single location.

Yes. Web subscriptions can be managed in Billing. App Store subscriptions are managed through your Apple subscription settings.

Web subscriptions are billed securely through Stripe, while iOS subscriptions are billed by Apple. Businesses can separately connect a supported Stripe or Square setup to accept payments from their clients.

Security & Data

We use practical protections for account access, data handling, and payments. Card payments are handled through trusted payment providers, and we publish our privacy terms so businesses know how customer data is handled.

We support common privacy and data-handling requests, and we publish our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for businesses that need them. If you have a specific compliance question, contact us and we will walk you through the current setup.

Yes. Workspace owners can download a full copy of their business data — clients, appointments, services, payment records, payroll, gift cards, and more — as one JSON file from Settings → Team Accounts → Your Data. Payment and payroll reports also include CSV export.

Paid access pauses after the current subscription period. Data handling and retention follow the Terms of Service; contact support if you need an export or deletion request.

Getting Started

Visit vurium.com/signup to create your account. You'll be asked for basic information like your business name and email, and you can keep configuring services, team members, and payments after the account is created.

Each business gets a unique booking page (e.g., vurium.com/book/your-shop). Share this link on your website, social media, or Google Business profile. Clients can browse available times and book instantly.

Yes. Export your client list and upcoming appointments from Booksy, Square, or Vagaro as CSV files and upload them in Settings → Team Accounts → Your Data. VuriumBook maps the columns, imports your clients, places future appointments on the right calendars, links them to client profiles, and skips duplicates and conflicts automatically — without texting your clients.
